Today we talk about what is useful and recommended to have with you during bike rides.
We have made a list of the different ones useful objects which can be useful to you whether you are a new entry of cycling whether you are a veteran!
Here is a list of things you might consider bringing with you:
- Helmet : We prioritize the helmet because it's a crucial safety feature during bike rides. Make sure you wear it correctly and choose a model that suits your needs.
- Puncture Repair Kit: It may happen that you have a drilling during the journey. A puncture repair kit allows you to repair quickly the inner tube or tire and continue your ride.
- Bicycle pump: A portable pump allows you to inflate the tires of your bike in case of emergency. Make sure you have it with you to deal with any pressure loss or punctures.
- Multitools: A small set of multi-tools can be useful for tackling small repairs or adjustments while out and about. This may include: hex keys, screwdrivers and other wrenches.
- Water bottle : Water it must never be missing, On both hot and cold days! Staying hydrated is essential during physical activity. Be sure to bring a bottle of plain or mineral water to rehydrate along the way.
- Energy snacks: If you are planning an exit of long lasting, It might be helpful to bring some energy snacks with you, such as bars protein, dried fruit or gel Energy snacks to refuel you while cycling. Easy-to-eat snacks that give you the energy you need to complete your activity.
- Cell Phone : Carrying your cell phone with you can be helpful in case of emergency or if you need to contact someone. Make sure you have it completely load and possibly have a bike mount to hold it safe on the way .
- Appropriate clothing : Choose clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. If you go out daytime, wears wear visible clothing or safety lights if you go out at night. Also, a couple of cycling gloves and a jacket windproof can be useful to protect you from Freddo or from bad weather.
- Money and documents: Always carry some with you cash and identity documents, especially if you are heading to unfamiliar places. You may need to purchase food or drinks along the way or in case of emergency.
- Navigation Device : If you are browsing new routes , it might be useful to have a navigation device to guide you. Make sure you know how to use it correctly before you leave.
